Jacksonville College Webb Historical Society Wins Award

Jacksonville College is proud to announce that the Barnwell Anderson Chapter of Walter Prescott Webb Historical Society, led by JC professors Brett Eckles and Patricia Richey, was awarded Project of the Year at the latest Texas State Historical Association (TSHA) meeting in Houston.
This is the fourth time the JC chapter has won this award in the past decade and shows their dedication in continuing to preserve and promote the history discipline. The following members gave our chapter report at the fall Webb Society meeting in San Antonio and were instrumental in securing this award:
