Executive Assistant/Athletic Compliance Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented executive assistant and athletic compliance coordinator to join
our team. As executive assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the college cabinet and
communicating and managing the donor database. You will also assist the Director of Finance
with bookkeeping tasks and reporting. As the athletic compliance coordinator, you will be
responsible for ensuring that our athletic department complies with all relevant laws, regulations,
and internal policies and will help manage the athletic budget.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President and Cabinet in all manners of planning, managing, and coordinating of events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Oversee projects and events as assigned by the President and Cabinet.
  • Responsible for data entry, deposits, reports and all communication relating to donations.
  • Compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business. 
  • Maintain athletic finance reports.
  • Serve as an athletic advisor.
  • Assist with certification of athletic eligibility.
  • Serve as athletic administrator for athletic events as needed.
  • Update and maintain athletic website as needed.
  • Issue checks as needed for Director of Finance and Human Resource Manager.
  • Serve as an instructor in the Business Department as needed.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with management, faculty, staff, members of the general public, and all other groups involved in the activities of the College.
  • Assist in general clerical duties and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office and general supplies for the college in conjunction with the
  • Administrative Coordinator.
  • Serve as backup for the main switchboard telephone for the entire College, provides non-personal information, takes and relays messages and/or directs
  • Calls to appropriate personnel, and returns calls as necessary.
  • Assist in greeting visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Cabinet.
